Return Policy

Kitchen of Glam Inc (www.kitchenofglam.com) hopes all our customers are satisfied with the purchase. However, if you wish to return any product in your order, please contact our Customer Service Rep for return authorization & instruction.

- We are unable to accept return for consumable products. In order to provide our customer with good use-by dates consumable products, all returns on consumable products will not be accepted

- No returns will be accepted for special ordered items. Special ordered item is not a regular stocking item here at Kitchen of Glam. Kitchen of Glam will not be able to restock special ordered item and manufacture does not take returns for special ordered item as well

All returns must be properly packed and shipping costs prepaid. Returned items and equipment must be in new, unused condition and MUST be in original packaging with all the original accessories included.

All returns will be inspected for damage or usage prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Kitchenofglam.com will refuse all COD deliveries. Also, shipments that do not clearly state the RMA identification number will be refused.
- Returns for subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for round trip shipping and handling charges
- In order to return a product, customer must contact Kitchen of Glam within 15 calender days upon delivery to initiate a return.
- Once a return has been approved, and the merchandise has returned to us. We will initiate a refund within 3 business days. It will take another 1 to 3 business days for the amount to be credited back to customer's account. The refund will be credit back to the original credit card or PayPal account that has been used to pay for the transaction. If under any circumstance that the refund may not be returned to the account that was used for this transaction, customer can request a check with 5% service fee deducted from the total.

If the returned merchandise is not shipped within 7 calender days from the day it was approved, the return request will be canceled.

If an item appears to be defected and is delivered within 2 weeks, Kitchen of Glam will help our customers to file a warranty service claim with the manufacture as a courtesy to our customers. However, it is the customer's responsibility to respond to Kitchen of Glam on time to complete returning the unit to the manufacture for warranty service. If an issue is reported within 2 weeks but the item won't be ready in 2 weeks or the final confirmation that the item is ready to pick up is after 2 weeks, customer will need to file the warranty service claim directly with the manufacture. After 2 weeks upon receiving the item, it is customer's responsibility to contact the manufacture for warranty service.

Below is step by step instruction to start and complete your return:
1. Let us know your order number, item SKU, quantity you would like to return, and the reason for the return
2. Our customer service team will evaluate the return reason and response to your case.
3. Once a return is accepted, we will provide you with a RMA number and you MUST include this number in the returned package. Unless an item was sent out by mistake, customer will buy their own return shipping and bring the package to the carrier for return.
4. As soon as the product returns, we will process the refund according to our return policy within 24 hours. Restocking fee will apply unless the order was shipped with mistake from Kitchen of Glam
